To join NAREB Region 1 chapter, simply complete the online registration form. Your membership fees paid here will cover national, regional and state dues.
Once you have submitted your complete registration, you will be provided with a REALTIST User ID and a default password. Please use this information to sign into the administrative modules for members only. You may change your password to one that you can remember.
Within 24 hours of your registration, a REALTIST of your chosen chapter will contact you with information regarding local chapter meetings and other useful information.
Broker Members - shall be a licensed broker who is certified by a local board or by individual membership approved by the Board of Directors and shall have one (1) full vote in all annual meetings. $350.00
Salesperson Members - shall be those individuals who hold a license under any member or nonmember Real Estate Broker as a salesperson and shall have one-half (1/2) vote in all annual meetings. $275.00
Other Professionals - shall be those individuals, associations, organizations, co-partnerships and corporations engaged in business allied to real estate and shall have one-quarter (1/4) vote in all annual meetings. $395.00
