I entered the exciting world of real estate and finance in 1977. Each day since then has been a unique learning experience. My knowledge, experience, patience, skills and character has developed in a way that could only occur in the arena of real estate and finance.
My practice started in Las Vegas Nevada, where I have had an ongoing presence. And continue to serve clients who, have been patrons for more than thirty years, has been with me since the inception of CFS. And in some cases I am providing services to third generation clients.
CFS Realty and Management provide sales and service in residential, commercial, industrial real property, as well as real estate development and management in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Nevada, and other locales through affiliate broker networks and continued growth through independent real estate agent network.
CFS Academy of real estate and finance was established in 1995 to provide pre/post licensing education to ensure that its students meet the highest level of performance expected through hands on training internships while pursuing careers in real estate, mortgage financing, property management, REO training and certification. CFS Academy is licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to provide education and training. To this date it has had the distinction of having a 100% pass ratio for students taking the real estate licensing exam.
CFS Realty and Management has provided REO services including broker price opinions, management, inspections, trash-outs, cash for keys, repairs, winterization, asset disposition, as well as other services to Integrated Asset Management (IAS), Old Republic Default Management Services (ORDMS ) , US Real Estate Services (USRES), Freddie Mac-BPO Direct and others.
I hold certificates from the University of London and Cambridge, England. Undergraduate Studies from Lesley College, Cambridge, Massachusetts, and Postgraduate Studies from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.

Walter Little, CEO of Walter Little and Associates is a knowledgeable and experienced veteran in the Real Estate industry. He has participated in many real estate development projects. He works closely with state and local government on a variety of community initiatives. He has also served on the Board of the National Association of Real Estate Broker.
Ed Wormley

Ed Wormley is a native of New Haven, CT and is the founder of Total Realty LLC. His lifelong dedication to serve others stems from a family background of Ministers that have served as his mentors.
In a career that has spanned over 26 years, he has helped over 300 families achieve the American dream of homeownership, which in turn has generated millions into the real estate community as a whole.

Teasha Bivins

Teasha is a wife, mother, entrepreneur, friend and big sister. This Bridgeport native is the oldest of four children. Being the oldest child has instilled leadership qualities in her from childhood. She credits her mother as her inspiration.
Teasha is passionate about her city and what it can become. She was determined to be back in the city and made the decision to open her office there to be apart of the exciting revitalization. Teasha fell in love with Real Estate and helping her client’s achieve the American dream at the age of twenty three. She took the real estate exam in April of 2003 and passed on the first attempt. She was hired by Remax Elite Realty an office located in Stamford, CT. Teasha quickly excelled as a salesperson with Remax and was named Top Producer and Vice President of Marketing within one year. She received the Presidents Club and 100% club awards. Teasha opened her Real Estate Brokerage on November 12, 2007. She received here broker’s license in September of the same year. “I was determined to open my office.” “My Grandmother lost her battle to breast cancer on July 31st, and my first child was born on August 12th, 2007.” “My Grandmother was my biggest fan and I felt her pushing me and giving me the strength and wisdom I needed to accomplish my goal.”
Bivins is a member of The Board of Directors of The NIRO Foundation, Inc. This organization supports youth interested in the fields of fashion, design and entrepreneurship. Teasha is also an avid volunteer to help end homelessness in the state of Connecticut.
Teasha cites her supportive husband Entertainer and Entrepreneur Michael Bivins as being complimentary to her success. She cites motherhood as her biggest accomplishment. Teasha is mother to two beautiful daughters Savannah 28 months and Shilah 15 months. “My goal in life is to be the best woman I can be, everyday!” Bivins said. “I love life and I love to help and inspire."
